Matthew Keisoglu was born in Melbourne, Australia, to both Armenian parents. Having graduated with a Bachelor's (Distinction), Honours (First Class) and Head of School Award in Film, Matthew is interested in the avant-garde, experimental and horror genres. He has been interviewed by SBS, 3CR Community Radio, and AGBU Melbourne. 

Focused on pursuing higher education, he wishes to create work that blends these niche aesthetic genres and styles alongside his cultural background, combining sociocultural fears and anxieties alongside supernatural events. Matthew is currently undertaking a Higher Degree By Research (Master of Arts) in Film.
